Location and views were great. Lovely to have off street parking. The flat was actually bigger than the photos appeared. Lots of interior space and a long terrace. Quiet area as well, with little light pollution, so slept well.
Easy to walk down into all sides of Falmouth which made everything very convenient. Owners were also very quick to reply to any questions, and made themselves available during the stay.
Perhaps more seating for the long terrace would be useful.

Light and comfortable little flat with nice views over the estuary. It had everything I needed, and was an easy walk up from the station. Plenty of hot water and the underfloor heating was appreciated in the cold winds. But did get to sit out on the patio for a quick cuppa one afternoon, and enjoyed exploring the town and coast path. Communication with the hosts was very good, and everything was as described.
Currently some building work going on out the back, but no disturbance outside working hours.
