About this cottage rental
Marcel and Dominique welcome you to the Sologne region, in Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the Communs de Bon Hôtel. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this characterful property with its oak-lined garden. The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron.
Whether you're hiking or cycling, visiting the châteaux, or discovering the various golf courses, you'll be at the center of many possibilities.
The cottage was created and restored in 2021 and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located on a property. A detached wall shared with the Studio cottage (for 2 people) overlooks the entrance hallway and the bathroom. Private outdoor spaces are dedicated to the Farmhouse. This cottage is all on one level and has a surface area of 108 m². It can accommodate 4 people and has 2 bedrooms; The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
A 67 m² living room with an open kitchen. Dual exposure to the east and west, bay window and French doors opening onto the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a central island (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, pyrolytic oven, 4 induction hobs, microwave, extractor hood, etc.).
A living room with a table for 6, two large units, a bookcase, a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a wood-burning stove installed in a large fireplace, and a René Pierre "Elle" table football table.
A 12.74 m² west-facing bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and roller shutters, garden view.
A 13.69 m² north-facing bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, roller shutters, a bathroom with a sink, and a private toilet, overlooking the forest and path.
Bathroom (5.61 m²) with walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer, and drying rack.
A separate toilet.
An 8.8 m² entrance hall with a cabinet for an ironing board and steam iron, and cleaning equipment.

For long stays, cleaning is included every two weeks, including one at the end of the stay.
