About this cottage rental
Tastefully furnished, detached Sologne house in a quiet, wooded setting, near a private forest (hunting grounds, no walking allowed), a very relaxing setting. The cottage has a private, enclosed area, easily accessible via the A10, Orléans la Source exit, 12 km from Beaugency. Close to the Loire Valley and its châteaux, golf courses are available on several courses. Ground floor: entrance, large dining room with lounge, fireplace, small office, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 140), toilet, shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140, 2 x 90), mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Ping-pong table.
Towels: €5/person.
Bed linens: €10/bed supplement, mandatory for professional rentals.
Mandatory cleaning: €50 for professional rentals (charged every 15 days). From October to the end of March, heating is mandatory based on consumption (meter readings upon arrival and departure). From April to the end of September, heating is included.
Security deposit: €450 (except for rentals of more than 2 weeks, security deposit: €700).
Check-in from 5 pm to 7 pm. Check-out at 10 am.
