About this cottage rental
All-inclusive holiday rental (except tourist tax). Beautiful, fully renovated stone house surrounded by a large garden. On the raised ground floor (accessed by several steps): living room, kitchen (pod coffee maker), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (separate entrance + access from the bedroom), small dressing room, TV/games lounge, WC. Upstairs: WC, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen bed). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer. Beds are made upon arrival.

Located 200m from the village center, you will find a bakery, 2 grocery stores, a butcher, and a tobacconist nearby. There is also a doctor's surgery, two hairdressers, a traditional restaurant, and two cafes. Nearby in the village: a pizzeria, a kebab shop, and caterers. Dogs on their own are accepted (no cats), however, please ensure they do not enter the property. You will be welcomed to this gîte in the village of Dhuizon, in a large, practical house ideal for large families. Located amidst castles, you will live like royalty in Loir-et-Cher! Between the Château de Chambord (10 km), the Château de Talcy (25 km), the Château de Fougères-sur-Bièvre (27 km), the Château de Villesavin… the choice is yours! You will spend an enriching and relaxing holiday with family or friends in this gîte. Ideally situated in the countryside in a peaceful setting, its location also allows you to easily explore the region.
