About this house rental
In Neuteau, you won't find standardised furniture or objects without history. Each room has been bargain-hunted, sandblasted, repainted,
diverted with care — and above all, with the heart. We have thought of this house as a refuge, a living place,
welcoming, in our image. We have put our soul into it, as if it were our own... and we hope that it will be a
little bit yours, for the duration of a stay.
The house of about 170m² comprises:
- An entrance with laundry area
- Guest toilets
- Bathroom n°1
- Living room / kitchen / dining room of about 45m² with imposing open fireplace
- Grey bedroom of 15m² (with high-end 160x200cm bedding
- Bathroom n°2 with toilet and walk-in shower
- Blue bedroom of 25m²
- Stairs leading to The red room with a small living room, then a bedroom of more than 35m² with a large bed 160x200cm and a bed 90x200cm. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
- Accessible through the 100% independent gable, the green room with bedding 160x200cm, single bed of 90x200cm, bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A beautiful terrace overlooking the pond.

The 1.5 hectare pond in front of the cottage is stocked. There is also a 1-seater Kayak.
The whole has been completely renovated and the work completed in May 2025.
High-end renovation in the respect of Sologne traditions.
The house can accommodate 4 couples and there are 2 extra beds for a total of 10 people maximum.
We are available by phone if needed and live opposite the cottage!
