15 minutes from the Loire castles and less than 35 minutes from the Beauval zoo, experience absolute calm.
On a plot of one and a half hectares, the house offers, on 230 square meters, a large family dining room, a large fireplace, a play area for children with table football, board games and many books upstairs, 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms.

There is also a tennis court in perfect condition, 12 bikes, a vegetable garden and a summer swimming pool for children.
This old barn typical of the region and completely renovated is located in the countryside, on the edge of the forest 3.5 km from the village.
We have built a tennis court, planted a garden with fruit trees, set up relaxation areas for adults and games for children.
In summer, an arbor will protect you from the sun during meals taken outside, in winter, you can meet around the large fireplace in the living room and smell the smell of oak. Wood is provided.
