Chalet Kozy in Périgord Noir, comfort and zenitude in the shade of tall trees

Perfectly insulated from the summer heat and benefiting from the coolness of three large trees, Chalet Kozy is equipped with two large terraces shaded by its large roof overhangs.
It offers neat services so that our guests feel perfectly at home.
It consists of a first floor and an upper floor with mezzanine.
Three bedrooms decorated with care, each with a large dressing room: a bedroom with a queen size bed 160 on the first floor and two bedrooms with modular single beds upstairs.
Bathroom with Italian shower on the first floor. Separate dry toilet. Bathroom with shower and dry toilet upstairs.
We have sought comfort in all the equipment, especially mattresses and sofas.
The large living room kitchen, bright thanks to its large openings, invites relaxation and conviviality. The kitchen is particularly well equipped.
The two large wooden terraces of Chalet Kozy are furnished with garden furniture and plancha, to have lunch in the shade or contemplate the sunset on the pretty bucolic view.
It is a 12-minute walk from the amenities of the pretty village of Belvès.
You can admire the sunset on a beautiful peaceful and bucolic view, comfortably installed in a deckchair, on the terrace of the caravan or the chalet.
Access to the on-site hot tub is included in your stay. In wood-heated water, you can relax from mid-September to mid-June, under the starry sky of the Dordogne (1 Nordic bath per stay of less than a week, 2 baths per week beyond).
From mid-June to mid-September, an outdoor swimming pool and its wooden terrace are available to our guests.
