In the heart of the Perigord Noir, in a village bordered by the Dordogne River, this comfortable abode will transform your stay into a haven of peace.
Manuga is a fully renovated house with a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room opening onto a covered terrace close to the swimming pool and the barbecue, the sun loungers and the ping-pong table.
Rental is all along the year and for any length (central heating and fireplace).
Nearby sport activities: 2 tennis courts in the village, 9 golf courses with 18 holes at 4 km, horseback riding, canoeing, hiking trails, mountain bike and of course, many sites to visit: Sarlat, Vezere Valley and its prehistory, the Dordogne Valley and its castles, gardens, fortified town and splendid landscapes. And let's not forget its gastronomy.
We can also make you visit our truffle-grounds a few steps away from the house. We also advise you to visit the fat markets to purchase all you need for the festive season and to savour them around the open fire.
In the village you '' find a bar tabac opened every day
and a productors' shop .

Lovely house, big double bedrooms, small single rooms (very hot at night). Pool area and outdoor cooking area were fantastic and very relaxing. Well placed for visiting interesting sites. On top of a hill so you need a car, walk back from village / beach is quite steep. Hosts were very hospitable. (Take your own towels). Beautiful property.

This house is in the perfect location with most villages to visit no more than a 20 minute drive away. The house was spacious, clean with the most wonderful outside area with pool. Joëlle and Dominique were there to greet us and were pleasant people to deal with. Would definitely book again. We all felt relaxed after staying here.

Lovely spacious Gite would suit two families. Was far to big just for us. Very dog friendly. Good location for surrounding tourist locations. Sometimes noisey due to neighbours mowing and riding motorbike around garden. New mattress required on downstairs bed. Owners really lovely people. This is definitely a great holiday location.

belle maison grande bien équipée idéale pour une location à plusieurs grâce à ses chambres avec sdb , très propre ,le problème est le revêtement de sol autour de la piscine est très très glissant , le réfrigérateur est trop petit pour la capacité de la maison nous obligeant à faire des courses tous les jours et vu les prix sur les marchés ,le gaz fait du bruit au ralenti mais c est une erreur de fabrication , nous aussi nous avons eu des travaux mais c était EDF donc personne n'y peut rien ;bref c'est une région que nous éviterons
