    My stay at this hotel was overall okay, but I was disappointed with several aspects of the service. First, the advertisement was misleading. The room was advertised at 166 aed with breakfast included, but when we arrived, we were informed that breakfast was not included. This was frustrating and did not match the information provided . Second, the sink in our room was clogged, which was inconvenient and made our stay less comfortable. In addition, we arrived with several pieces of luggage, but no staff member offered assistance. A little help or hospitality would have been appreciated. I also specifically requested a non-smoking room during my first booking, but I was assigned a room in a smoking area, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay overall, and the hotel has some positive qualities. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service, room maintenance, and ensuring that booking information is accurate.
