The host should have given more information about the parking, about the safe , about the price to clean the property and even how to open the curtains ( there’s a control remote for that but I wasn’t informed)

Host was very accommodating. This place is in the perfect location. Very nice modern room with powered daylight blinds if you need to sleep in. AC worked good. Very comfortable bed. Nice furniture and modern appliances. Complete kitchen with full stock of nice utensils and more than enough appliances anyone would need. This apartment owner know what he is doing and I truly found one of the best deals in Playa Del Carmen.

During my stay, I had a minor but notable issue with one of the security guards. At approximately 9:40 PM, I requested access to the gym. My host had clearly informed me that the gym closed at 11:00 PM; however, the security guard insisted it closed at 10:00 PM and was unwilling to accommodate or clarify the discrepancy. I had to show him the time more than once before he seemed to understand. At exactly 10:00 PM, shortly after I finished my workout, the guard came upstairs specifically to ensure I exited the gym—even though I was already on my way to the elevator. I reported the situation to my host, who responded immediately and escalated the issue to the security supervisor. On a later occasion, when I exited the building and greeted the same guard politely in Spanish, he did not acknowledge me at all. I informed my host again, and once more, he addressed the situation promptly. It’s important to note that the security staff is not managed by the host. Based on the guard’s subsequent behavior, it was clear that the host took my concerns seriously and did everything within his control to resolve them. For the remainder of my stay, I experienced no further issues with security. Overall, the property itself is fantastic. With minor feedback regarding one security guard, the experience would have been flawless.

The apartment which I reserved based on the Booking .Com photos was not the one which I was given; thus I was very disappointed
