Cumbersome instructions to enter the unit Very inconvenient way to park the car : need to stop on the ramp ; go out to the building ( keying the codes ) go underground to open garage door from within and rush to the car before gate closes Would be great to have a different procedure

Ubicación a pocos pasos de la Quinta Avenida, principal punto a favor. La cama era muy cómoda. El ingreso al apartamento y al edificio es digital, lo cual hace muy fácil ir y venir.
El apartamento tenía algunos detalles que no nos permite dar una calificación perfecta, por ejemplo: El aire acondicionado de la habitación entraba en una especie de error y dejaba enfriar, en un lugar con mucho calor como Playa del Carmen eso es tremendo. El aire acondicionado de la sala fugaba, entonces había un charco en el piso todo el tiempo. No había agua potable. La tapa del inodoro en la habitación principal estaba quebrada, entonces sentarse cómodamente no era opción.

El espacio es limpio y moderno, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es cerca de la zona comercial, pero suficientemente lejos del ruido. La comunicación fue eficiente
No esperaba cobros de seguro aparte de lo que ya se habia pagado en booking. Es reembolsable, pero eso no aparecia entre los datos de boking

Nel complesso l’appartamento molto carino, ottima posizione a ridosso della quinta avenida, un po’ lontano a piedi dalla stazione principale degli autobus
Mobili scollati Cuscino sporco Lavandini dei bagni non sigillati correttamente al muro e storti.
