Location, room size, clean
Small kitchen, dining area and no air con outside the bedroom.

暖房をつければ暖かく過ごせ、綺麗でした。

The community is nice and the location is close to some attractions without the need to commute.
It is so hot inside the whole house except the bedroom with self control AC thermostat. Will be good if the laundry drier is provided. Owner night want to consider using something on steps/stairs secondary to safety concern considering the stair length and increased chance of slipping on stairs.
