The rooms are beautiful and traditional, the staff are very friendly and accommodating with leaving luggage prior to check in and after checkout, the activities and little snacks in the guest lounge area was a lovely touch, and it is in a very convenient location.
It is expensive, but probably because it was a Japanese holiday weekend when we stayed, I still think it is good value for money overall.

Location, cleanliness and staff
Nothing- but just go in knowing that this is more typical of “Tokyo sized” rooms rather than what we are used to in the U.S.
