The ryokan is located right next to the Sendoji temple in a side street. It was peaceful and quiet even though it was next to the very busy tourist area. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Our Japanese style room was smallish but had everything we needed. The futon was so comfortable. We loved the onsen on the top floor. We would definitely stay again.
Nothing- it was great.

We were blown away by this ryokan! Perfect location right near Senso-ji, tucked down a quiet little street which is pedestrian access only, no cars. The traditional Japanese room was huge and really well appointed, with an amazing view of the temple (stunning lit up at night). We found the beds very comfortable, and loved the welcome gifts. The lobby area with free drinks and snacks was a huge bonus. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The onsen on the top floor was lovely after a long day of walking. Would stay here again!

Authentic Japanese, loved the robe and nice bathroom.
Light from outside coming in, should have brought my eye covers.
