TOE LIBRARY Tokyo Asakusa

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip this year. They are more like apartments than hotel rooms, the beds were the comfiest of our whole trip and the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. It is so nice to have a bedroom and separate lounge area to relax. We would have liked to have stayed more than 2 nights in the end.

Not a big problem for us, but we were on the top floor and the 5 flights of stairs are steep. If you're not keen on climbing several flights of steep stairs every time you leave/arrive then it's worth reconsidering.

Good location, staff very helpful and accommodating especially holding luggage before and after checkin/out. Staff very quick to respond to any questions.Character place, alot of love has been put into it. Nice vibe

Room bit tired. Light over sink with only mirror is very weak/poor light. Would defiantly benefit from being brighter/more powerful

We loved the location, 15mins from the busy areas in Asakusa and the transport links. We loved the suite itself, plenty of room to spread out, super comfy beds and a lovely hot shower and japanese bath. Yoshi was quick to reply to any questions and communications via whatsapp was easy!

Nothing, our stay was great. But there is no lift so stairs could be an issue, if you arent so fit! Yoshi helped us with our cases to/from our room

Yoshi-san and Naho-san were both so warm and helpful. What I must strongly highlight is the interior design. It is incredibly curated, thoughtful, and comfortable. I stayed in the top floor unit and this was one of my favorite stays in many years! The layout, subtle details, and hospitality make this a world-class experience. There are a ton of hotel stays in Asakusa but you really can’t beat the personality of this space. One thing I will note is that there is no elevator for those with accessibility needs.
