Worst experience/Schreckliche Erfahrung

Toilets were not very dirty.

Dishonest owner claimed we were incompetent to unlock the digital door which had a faulty lock. Owner was quick to respond when collecting city tax but silent the whole time when we were locked out in the rain when returning to the apartment after dinner. This would never happen in a decent booking when owners are responsive to potential problems concerning comfort & access to personal belongings. We ended up having to book a last-minute hotel elsewhere without our personal belongings for the night, and without any eventual room refund or compensation from this owner. Toilet was very narrow and shared with 3 other rooms. Smell of instant noodles in the shared kitchen. Soviet-style building. Graffiti elevator & dark corridors. Don't risk losing your money like we did. The vengeful owner will also gaslight you by blaming you for your situation. ‐--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kurz Zusammenfassung: Schreckliche Erfahrung mit dieser Wohnung. Verschwenden Sie sich nicht Ihr Geld und Ihr Zeit, denn am Ende sicherlich buchen Sie ein weiteres Hotel.

The location of the apartment was very convenient. The room I stayed in (13) was spacious, and both the toilet and bathroom were clean. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this place.

The stay was overall fine, but there were some inconveniences. The shower tap didn’t work, so I had to use the small faucet instead. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the sink was clogged, so after every short use I had to wait for the water to drain.

Ganz passable Unterkunft für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betten waren bequem und Die Küche war sauber.

Ein paar Mankos muss man leider nennen: Die Toilettenspülung hat gehangen sodass durchweg Wasser geflossen ist. Nur mit ein paar Kniffe konnte man dies stoppen. Das Bad war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster die Abluftanlage funktionierte nicht. Leider hat man dies an der Wand recht schnell gesehen aufgrund von Schimmelbildung.

In Ordnung für eine Nacht

Gut für eine zweckmäßige Übernachtung. Ich habe das Zimmer für eine Nacht während einer Hochzeit gemietet und war kaum dort, daher hat das gepasst (wenn gleich nicht ganz günstig, mit dem geteilten badezimmer). Für eine Urlaubsaufenthalt würde ich die Unterkunft eher nicht wählen, da eher zweckmäßig. Zimmer war sehr sauber, bad und Klo waren relativ sauber.

Emplacement proche du centre, stationnement facile et en face de l'hébergement. Chambre très spacieuse et calme, lit confortable. Lieux communs : cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain très propre.

Die Lage, die Größe, Sauberkeit und der Komfort ist gut. Check-In per email und dortigen Anweisungen plus YouTube Video war einfach.

Zunächst war mir nicht klar, dass man eine Wohnung mit nur einem Bad und einem WC mit 2 anderen Zimmern teilt. Sicherlich keine Schuld des Vermieters, aber die anderen haben das Bad „unter Wasser“ gesetzt und einfach alle Handtücher auf den Boden geworfen. Leute gibt es…

Wenn wir vorher gewusst hätten, das Bad, Toilette und Jüche gemeinsam genutzt dweeeen, hätten wir es nicht gebucht

Das Zimmer war genau so wie auf den Bildern. Ein riesiger Fernseher gehört zu der Ausstattung dazu. Das Badezimmer, die Toilette sowie die Küche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

Wir hatten das Pech, dass einer der Mitbewohner nicht sehr treffsicher auf der Toilette war. Außerdem war die Toilette ansich nicht sehr sauber und der Toilettendeckel müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht werden….
