I was not aware, we would be sharing bathroom and kitchen with the other rented room (maybe I just haven't noticed in the description). I was suprised to be asked to pay some extra payment to the city, which was not included in the price. We managed through paypal, but it was unexpected a bit complicated and not on one bill together with the acommodation. Be aware of rather few free parking spots in the area.

Tough start. Ended well.

Clean. Had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a car load of stuff and was hoping for more secure parking. Not on the street. Also many stairs so had to take up all luggage and items from the car after a long journey. We waited for a parking space under our bedroom window so we could look out for the rest. The stay didn’t get off to a great start because of this but after we settled in it was nice and we rested well.

Классное месторасположение, апартаменты очень чистые и комфортные для проживания. Есть все необходимое.

Коммуникация на немецком. Было бы здорово получать сообщения на английском языке🙂

L espace pour 4 personnes d une même famille car il s agit d un logement coupé en 2 avec cuisine et salle de bains communes

Pas de place de parking privé, un nettoyage de salle de bain serait appréciable le long des plinthes. Et mettre des crochets dans la salle de bain pour prendre les affaires.

Aufenthalt aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und der falschen Darstellung enttäuschend.

Die Unterkunft hatte sowohl positive als auch negative Aspekte. Positiv war, dass das Zimmer groß und sauber war, das Bett bequem und geräumig, und die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos funktioniert hat.

Leider entsprach die Wohnung jedoch nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Online-Bilder geweckt wurden. Besonders enttäuschend waren die stark verschmutzte Dusche und Küche sowie die abgenutzte Bettwäsche, die nicht frisch wirkte. Auch der Balkon sah in Wirklichkeit anders aus als auf den Fotos, und entgegen der Beschreibung gab es keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und der falschen Darstellung enttäuschend, sodass ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

Goed te doen voor 1 nachtje, of als je als groepje gaat die elkaar kennen, is het leuk.

Het was alleen om te overnachten. Douche is perfect, keuken is perfect.

Het is een etage met 2 slaapkamers, maar de houten vloeren kraken zo erg, dat je alles hoort wat er in de andere kamer en op de gang, keuken en douche gebeurt.

Super geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern. Es ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für den Preis ist es super. Die Parkplatzsituation ist am Abend etwas angespannt, es empfiehlt sich also, nicht allzu spät anzureisen.

Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack zu weich.

Preiswert und ruhig übernachten

Eine angenehm ruhige Lage, wo man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Einrichtung war praktisch angelegt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung von Bad und Küche mit einem zweiten Zimmer hat mich nicht gestört, und dafür gibt's ja auch einen super Preis. Schlüssel per Key-Box klappte, der Vermieter informiert ausführlich per SMS / WA und war auch persönlich direkt erreichbar.

Die Parkplatzsituation war in Unterkunftsnähe ein bisschen angespannt.

Сподобилось все : і модний дизайн інтер'єра, колір білизни і рушників, велике ліжко 150×180, зручне люстерко. Охайний санвузол, є фен. Зручний балкон, можна випити філіжанку кави, або чаю. Тихі, привітні, культурні сусіди. Окремо скажу про гарне прибирання, свіжі рушники, свіже повітря в хаті. Працює опалення. Затишно, як вдома. Коли виникла проблема з ключом,- через 5 хвилин прийшов співробітник і все налагодил. Служба підтримки розмовляє англійською.

Трохи був скрип досок підлоги у коридорі, але це не проблема!)
