Good, but I have been at places that offer better Value-for-money.

Good and easy-to-use coffee machine with very tasty coffee pods available. Very Clean kitchen. Very fast Wifi.

- No washing machine. Worst part. - There is a problem with the toilet flush. - Place is more oriented towards couples intending for a short stay rather than stays that fits anyone for longer periods.

Very easy going and relaxing.

The ladies came to clean everyday and were very friendly. Most people are respectful and it’s right by a train stop.

One couple was super noisy the one evening, but that’s out of the accommodations control.

Very frustrating shared flat feeling for all guests

Walls are thin, you can hear every conversation of other guests next to you. There is one bathroom for four rooms. Everyone is annoyed by the occupancy of that bathroom. The toilet clogs up easily and you have to train how to use a plunger during your stay. It also felt like there were two rooms out of the four permanently rented. The other permanent/non-permanent guests were also frustrated and it spiraled into doors being smashed nevertheless what time of day. Unfortunately, the host is not present and nobody cares for this situation.

The room is spacious and well maintained. I feel quite cozy to stay inside the room.

Although the room has poor soundproof and the toilet might get clogged, it is nearly impeccable.

If you don't care about privacy or sleep quality it's okay for a night I guess.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street off one of the main boulevards of the city. Easy to find. Neighborhood is quiet. I liked the terrace. Kitchen was fine with all utensils in place. The room was clean, spacious, and properly furnished. The hosts did their best to regularly clean up.

This is a hostel, not an apartment. Single bathroom/toilet for 4 rooms, so prepared to be barged in on, or having to wait in the hallway for your turn. Paper-thin, creaky, rattling doors that will wake you every time someone slams a door shut. Loud, obnoxious flatmates coming and going at night or at dawn. General mess/water/underwear in the bathroom after other guests. Heating can't be properly controlled, it just blasted full on regardless of the setting. The hosts were trying to keep things clean, but you can't keep up with this type of clientele. I had the impression that this is a low-rent backpacker spot rather than an "apartment" as advertised. A disappointment for the price.

I liked the fact that the one who owns this was very informative. They gave us details about the accommodation and it was very helpful. The location is superb. Theres a tram station near by and the room was very comfortable. It had all the facilities listed in the description. The kitchen as well as the balcony was very clean and they have everything you need.

Bathroom facilities such as a hair dryer or shower toiletries were not labeled. I didnt know if i was allowed to use the hair dryer or if it belonged to someone else.

the location is near the city center and we traveled by foot between our destination points. the apartment is very clean and beautiful, also the price for one night was very good.

Superb stay

The room was exactly like in pictures, spacious and spotless clean.The checkin was smooth and easy. The whole appartment was very nice.I had a very comfortable stay. The only thing that I missed was microwave in the kitchen though there was an oven. I can easily recommend this to anyone for short or long stays as it was really well maintained place with all the necessary amenities.

Very comfortable, practical, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was super clean. The location is fine as well, with the tram you are in the center pretty fast.

Very good value for money and very clean!

The accommodation is very clean and new. We arrived very late at night and received clear instructions about how to enter our room. There's a spacious kitchen with an honesty box (you leave money when take snacks) and a terrace. We were lucky to find free parking right in front of the house, but if you don't have a car, there's also a tram nearby. Oh, the price is unbeatable!

You share the bathroom (and also the bathtub!) with other people, and at first we couldn't figure out how to lock the bathroom door. The fact that the shower and bathtub are shared could've been more explicit in the description. We booked for two people but there was only one pillow and one (small) blanket.

Kleines aber feines Hostel in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt. Besonders nette Vermieter. Ich vergaß etwas im Zimmer und es wurde mir kostenlos nachgesandt.

La proximité du tram pour se rendre au centre ville et les indications pour se rendre dans la chambre.

- Draps tachés - Forte odeur de tabac froid imprégnée dans la chambre - Insalubrité de la salle de bain - Toilettes bouchés - Manque de civisme de la part des autres locataires... Claquements de portes à 1 h du matin et discussion à voix haute.

Mich hat leider das Bad ein wenig gestört. Die Unterkunft kann nichts dafür, aber die anderen Gäste waren nicht sonderlich sauber und ich habe mehrmals deren Hinterlassenschaften sehen müssen

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, Gemeinschaftsbad hat überhaupt nicht gestört, insbesondere das wir 3 Zimmer belegt hatten und auf einer Etage 4 Zimmer mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad waren. Außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, für einen Kurztrip unbedingt zu empfehlen

Die Lage war gut.

Durch das Efeu an der Hauswand hatten wir sehr viele Spinnen im Zimmer. Im Bad war die Beleuchtung über dem Waschbecken defekt. Das Bettlaken hatte einen Fleck und im Zimmer war nicht staubgewischt.

Der Balkon neben der Küche . Die Küche mit dem Sofa . Caffe Maschine. Großer Fernseher , obwohl ich den nicht benutzt habe. Große Fenster. Schlüsseltresor

Die Matratze. Für mich war diese recht unbequem mit den Spiralen. Parkplatz vor der Tür fast unmöglich zu bekommen. 1x hat's geklappt. Ansonsten easy in der größeren Straße mit dem Park.

Okay, hatte Festivalfeeling

Sehr gute Lage, leichter/entspannter Check-In. Im großen und ganzen Sauber.

Matratze komplett durchgelegen, man hat jede Feder gespürt. Die Haustür war permanent offen und die Wohnungstür stand auch immer wieder offen obwohl man sie geschlossen hatte. Die Toilette war permanent verstopft was sehr eklig war.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, zu schade, um nur darin zu Übernachten.

Die klassische Altbau-Wohnung verfügt über 4 sehr geräumige Zimmer mit glaub ich jeweils einem Doppelbett. Bad & Küche werden geteilt. Die Zimmerdecken sind entsprechend hoch. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts selbst bei offenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume waren sehr sauber. Vor dem Haus gab es hinreichend Parkplätze für PKW. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine kleine ansehenliche Terasse. Ich habe mich dort auch tagsüber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bei Vollbelegung ist das Bad mit der einzigen Toilette der Wohnung insbesondere morgens und abends unterdimensioniert. Das war während meines Aufenthalts allerdings nur 1 Tag lang der Fall.

Gute Lage mit direkter Tram Verbindung zur Messe. sehr günstiger Preis auch zur Messezeit. Sehr großer TV.

Gemeinschaftsbad war sauber, aber ein Bad (inklusive der Toilette) bei fünf Parteien kann zu Engpässen führen. Außerdem wurde nur ein mittelgroßes Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt.
