The property was beautifully decorated, with lots of attention to detail. We loved the little touches like chocolate on the beds and water in the fridge.

The apartment is beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable
The facilities the have were so useful.
The location was close to the shops and the Knysna Waterfront. The area is also nice and quite.
The self check-in was also easy to navigate.
Lizandri was also helpful and understanding when I requested a late check-in.
My expectations were all met, above and beyond.
