Comfort of the bed and the shower (large head and very warm when needed). Also Lucinda was what really made it a great stay, it was like walking into a new room every day we got back from the beach. All staff were great and welcoming, Lucinda was just the one that tends to the rooms and she nails it everytime!
Not air-conditioned - just a side fan. Gets really hot in the summer season, floors are super loud (if there are neighbours you will hear them moving around due to the older flooring - but this is a minor critique as the old floors have a lot of character)

Friendly hosts. Comfortable and clean room. Secure parking.
We had a room near the street and there was a lot of noise during the night in the street. But I guess one can expect something like that when staying nearly in the center of town.
