The host was fabulous and met us at the apartment to do a handover with keys and to explain parking, which was a great help. The apartment was spacious however very sparsely furnished, only the basics, however there is everything you need for a short stay. The location is excellent and having a carpark within the building is a bonus.
The basic furnishings, it didn't feel warm and 'Like Home'.

Accueil très sympathique par une jeune femme charmante. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Funchal à pied et stationnement très pratique en sous-sol. Vaste appartement avec une très grande terrasse. Bonne literie. Très bonne machine à café avec des capsules fournies. Les excellents pastels de nata de la boulangerie d'en face.
Vaisselle très réduite; aucun saladier, pas de passoire ni d' essoreuse salade. Douche très petite et vétuste. Bruit de travaux à proximité. Pour ne pas être réveillé tôt le matin par les voitures roulant sur les pavés, mieux vaut mettre des bouchons d'oreilles.
