Le 21 Avenue de Champagne

An amazing experience and an amazing stay! The host was very friendly and nice. The location of the apartment made it to be a wonderful experience, as I just stepped out, the smell in the air said the wine is in making and you can smell the Champagne in making. Very quiet street and beautiful, with Champagne bodegas on each side inviting you to make a tasting, which you must. The city has it’s charm and for sure it charmed me. I will definitely be back and recommend with warmth and pleasure this lovely apartment. You must visit the Museum of vin de Champagne!

Everything was perfect.

Location was very nice and a short walking distance to restaurants. We had a hard time finding the building/access to the garage which has a very narrow entry (caution if you are driving an SUV.) Parking space was close to the entry and easy to find. It would be helpful to give guests detailed instructions to turn on specific street/ally to find the garage. We were able to collect/return the keys from a lock box in the lobby and find our way to the elevator. Upon arriving on the correct floor, it would be helpful to have the Apartment number in a more prominenat location.

Confusing instructions on how to access the property. No information on having to walk through the basement storage units, low lighting, no signs to find the elevator in the parking garage. Pictures are a bit deceiving - really no balcony, just a small landing outside the sliding door (which was hard to open.)

Tutto! La zona perfetta con il parcheggio incluso! L' appartamento molto bello, con vista sulla Maison Pol Roger, ben arredato e ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di champagne!

L'assenza dell' aria condizionata, un solo ventilatore molto rumoroso. Ci hanno spiegato che non si possono installare essendo zona UNESCO, però l edificio è nuovo. Purtroppo con il caldo di quest' anno è stato difficile, perfetto ma non per i mesi di luglio/ agosto.

Livingroom rug needs a nonslip backing, I slipped on it and injured myself. For older guests this could be dangerous, I just pulled a muscle in my back. Our parking space was taken which wasn't Magda's fault and we were able to park elsewhere Kitchen blind didn't work Bed not so comfy, it could do with a topper.
