About this apartment rental
Close to the train station (500 meters), the city center and the famous avenue de Champagne we offer you a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a private condominium bordering the Marne. Whether for leisure with family, friends or business trips its location is the ideal place to easily shine on the Hyper center and the Champagne vineyards. The building has a courtyard for storing bikes.
Housing :
Main room with fitted kitchen (Coffee machine (Senseo), fridge, microwave, electric hob, kettle, crockery, coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil ... and sitting area with TV.
A bathroom with walk-in shower.
Clarification: Towels and hygiene products available.
One bedroom with 1 double Queen size bed, 2 bedside tables and 1 dressing room.
A bedroom equipped with 2 beds (0.90m x 1.90m), 1 bedside table and 1 clothes rack.
Note: the 2 separate beds can be pushed together on request.
Beds are made upon arrival.
The parking :
In the street, in front of the building, parking is free. Otherwise other free places are available Street: Villa quay (across the river) 200 meters on foot and visible from the rooms.
SNCF train station at 500 meters, Carrefour supermarket at 300 meters with petrol station, three bakeries at 300 meters, town center at 10 minutes on foot.
Access for travelers:
You have access to the entire apartment.
Only the persons provided for in the reservation are authorized to enter the apartment, no outside guests, any failure will result in cancellation without refund.
For security: Apartment not suitable for children under 6! (unsecured stairs)
We have tried to think of everything for your stay, a welcome booklet detailing the operation of household appliances, useful telephone numbers, etc. is available in the accommodation as well as a map of the champagne route and various tourist brochures.

Epernay is a must see in France.
This apartment stay was one for the books. I had my wife and adult daughter joining me on this journey with both really enjoying their stay. My daughter liked having the privacy of her own room. The whole apartment was incredibly well presented and appointed.
Accessing the apartment was easy, the location was central and the owner was lovely in being able to store the bags before check-in as we arrived early.
Could not recommend this apartment or owner more highly. We had a lovely experience in Epernay as a whole and this accomodation was a main/key contributor to this.

Host greeted us to make check in super quick and easy. The location is perfect to walk around and to arrive to the city by train. Host was very helpful and friendly. Overall stay and experience was great!

Liked our stay Relative close to champagne houses. Takes taxi to get there great host with good communication Takes some stairs to get to unit.
