About this apartment rental
Near the train station (500 meters), the city center and the famous Avenue de Champagne we offer a comfortable and well equipped apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a private condominium that borders the Marne. Whether for leisure with family, friends or business trips its location is the perfect place to easily visit the Hyper center and the vineyards of Champagne. The building has a yard for storing bicycles.
You will find many shops nearby: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, champagne houses, grocery stores, media library, cinema, theater ...
Supermarket (open from 7 am to 10 pm) and bakery nearby.
Housing :
Main room with kitchen (Coffee machine (Senseo), fridge, microwave, electric hob, kettle, dishes, coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil ... and sitting area with TV.
A bathroom with walk-in shower.
Precision: Towels and hygiene products made available.
A room equipped with 1 bed 2 pers King size, 2 bedside tables and 1 wardrobe.
A room equipped with 2 beds (0.90m x 1. 90m), 1 bedside and 1 bearing.
Precision: the 2 separate beds can be brought closer to the request.
The beds are made upon arrival.
The parking :
In the street parking is free. At the foot of the building, four places are located in blue zone. This means that if you park on a blue floor marking you will have to respect certain rules: Parking is free but limited to 1:30 (9: 00 to 11: 30 and 14: 30 to 19: 00). You will also need to put a blue disk indicating the arrival time on your windshield. Parking in the blue zone is free on Sundays and public holidays.
Access of travelers
Only the persons provided in the booking are allowed to enter the apartment, no guests outside, any failure will result in cancellation without refund.
For security: Apartment not suitable for children under 6 years! (unsecured stairs)
We tried to think of everything for your stay, a home booklet detailing the operation of household appliances, useful phone numbers, etc ... is available in the accommodation and a map of the road and various champagne tourist brochures.
