Staff especially the lady in reception was exceptionally helpful very kind very polite. She even offered me early check in when I just want to leave my bags while waiting check in time. I am impressed by her attitude

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I always get good customer service. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is away from noisy stuff. It’s on a very quiet street. Bed is very comfortable. Room size is big enough. I had a good stay.

Localização excelente. Em uma viela silenciosa em meio a loucura que é Ho Chi Minh. Perto de tudo.
Escolhi o quarto pelas fotos. Dei preferência a acomodação que tinha um bom banheiro com box, chegando lá me disseram que não tinham aquele quarto disponível e me colocaram em um quarto com um banheiro minúsculo com o chuveiro caindo água quase em cima da privada.
