First of all the staff. The staff most especially the front desk were very helpful and very accommodating. Always smiling and they do their best to keep their guests satisfied. I booked 2 rooms with 2 twin beds but the other twin bed was not available. So they gave us a bigger room which is much more expensive than what we initially booked but they only charged us with the same price. On top of that, since their front desk is 24/7, I asked if early check in and late check out is ppossible. They couldnt accommodate it but offered me 50% of the price instead and only charge me the same amount as what i was given here in Agoda. Few days upon booking our trip, the hotel reached out to inform us that there was a double booking. One from here, (Agoda) and the other one was from a different booking site. They informed us about this ahead of time to confirm, and fixed it right away. We haven't even started our trip but they were very accommodating and easy to communicate with which is very nice. Fast forward to our trip, it was our first time in Vietnam and they made sure we feel comfortable. They have free breakfast which we loved. They also have an unlimited BBQ restaurant on their roof deck which is very refreshing. The beef were fresh and tender. All the servers talks and communicates in English. The gentlemen in the front desk would ask first if we would like to have houskeeping in our rooms before doing so which we really appreciate. They have room service, their food is really nice! Their coffee is very delicious. My favorite is their wintermelon tea and passion fruit juice! Additionally, they would always greet us with a smile which is nice and comforting. The area is very convenient. Few minute walk to a spa, behind the hotel there were several cafes, a crab soup restaurant. Very accessible to Grab pick-up and drop-off. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and if we ever go back to HCMC, i will still choose to stay here. It's affordable and the staff were very amazing. I guess the only thing I would ask them to include is a microwave on each rooms and a hair conditioner haha
