Chotel Pham Ngu Lao

We just checked out on September 11, and we had a wonderful stay! The staff were very accommodating, and the guard was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The room was great, clean, and comfortable, especially for solo travelers. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Chotel from 28 August to 3 September and overall, we were really happy with our experience. At first, I was hesitant to book Chotel, but a close friend highly recommended it, so we decided to give it a try. To be honest, our first impression of the room was not the best, and we weren’t particularly impressed at first. However, the exceptional service completely changed our experience. ❤️ We had several requests and needed help with different things throughout our stay and everyone was always so happy to assist us. I wish we knew the girls’ names so we could mention them individually, but every single one of them was so friendly, kind, patient and helpful. The security were also wonderful and always helpful and welcoming. Everyone genuinely went above and beyond for us. We also really appreciated the complimentary water and other thoughtful amenities. Every time we went out and came back, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. These little touches really made us feel cared for. By the end of our stay, we were so happy that we chose Chotel. While the room itself was not the highlight of our experience, the hospitality and service were absolutely top-notch — 100/10! 🥰 Thank you so much to the entire Chotel team, including the reception girls and security staff, for taking such wonderful care of us. First time trying this hotel and stayed for 4 nights. Overall rate 5 stars for most. Location wise, there was a pharmacy and convenient store just outside. Hotel lobby also provides free bottled water and other complimentary snacks. My room on the 4th floor (highest) was clean overall, only notable incidents was that I could smell cigarette smoke (room is non smoking) on the first night, and on the last night I could smell incense/ash in the middle of the night. The staff were friendly and helpful too, they provided me an air fresherner to spray the room to get rid of the smell. Maybe something for the hotel to investigate, it could be a central ventilation... Overall worth to comeback again👍

I arrived at the hotel unfortunately the hotel staff told me that I had to switch to the other branch as the room in the hotel I had booked was full.
