- clean and well equipped place to stay - very quiet in a local neighbourhood but also near enough to the metro - friendly host and easy instructions for self check in and check out

- minor issue: when checking in around 1615h, there was housekeeping ongoing so we could not check in and had to come back later. it would be good if housekeeping could keep to their schedule to allow guests to check in at the stipulated time (1600h was the stated check in time)

We stayed here during some very hot days, and all rooms had airco so that was great. Having two toilets is also nice. Everything you need was available such as a washing machine, ironing machine. When we had questions the hosts replied very fast. It's nice to be close to the subway station, and there are a lot of grocery stores nearby. Beds were comfy.

There isn't much space in the bathroom to hang your clothes or towels when you want to take a shower. For the first bedroom, you couldn't make the room dark enough if you wanted to, always a lot of light via either the window or the hallway (a light you can't turn off). We appreciated the slip on shoes, bigger sizes would be nice.

Modernes Einrichtung, angenehmes Wohnklima, sehr ruhig und generell sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei, inkl. Leih-Regenschirmen, Toilettenzubehör, Hausschuhen etc.

Der Schreibtisch inkl.Monitor/TV sowie Stuhl in einem der Zimmer verstärkt die beengte Schlafzimmersituation zusätzlich und hat keinen Mehrwert. Hier wäre ein Sideboard angemessener.

The cozy atmosphere is amazing. I like the decoration style. The towels are nice and clean (this is really important to me). I like how the rules and the instructions for the equipment on the website are laid out, easy to understand!

Since Google Map cannot pin the place correctly, it was a bit hard to find the place at night when I first arrived. The place is fantastic for staying, but if tourists desire to go around the famous or popular parts of Tokyo, the transportation can be a big factor for time management. You can get almost everywhere through Tokyo Metro, but maybe not as fast as you think because you might need to transfer sometimes. (And you might get lost in the stations sometimes, too.) Regardless of the disadvantage of the location, this house is very nice and sweet! ♡
