Taylor Close - Spacious Central Ferry Flat

Great locality, clean and spacious.

Only one very little thing, could have had some milk in the kitchen.

Convenient to town center and train station. Spacious. Host answers phone queries promptly.

We stayed 5 nights, extending one night due to a health issue and were charged vastly more for last night. Originally given wrong code to enter so had to phone host from top of awkward spiral stairway. Then could find no info about heating, the host having neglected to mention anywhere in their info packet the device for this so had to phone again. Flat nonetheless hard to heat so often resorted to bed to warm up. Poor quality linens, towels, pillows, mattress pad. Washer lacked a dry cycle and no drying rack provided. Plastic plants in every corner. Pots and pans all teflon, a health hazard we've avoided for decades. Odd, inferior tv selections, differing from living room to bedroom and hard to navigate. Tub did not look inviting, not clean. Cleaner had left a wet bathroom rug on a couch, so couch was damp when we arrived, not a great start to what turned into an increasingly disappointing stay. Sorry.

They left a lot of extra goods that were useful during our stay like tea bags, face masks, sanitary materials, books and though none of us were children we also spotted some toys and crayons. These were just some of the items we found on arrival but it made our stay so much easier. The decor was also really lovely.

Nice location, comfy beds, clean, nice extras, roomy.
