The second floor flat had EVERYTHING we needed for our four night visit to Dundee. There were various dry goods (coffee beans, porridge) that others had left. The kitchen had good pots, pans and dishes. The rooms were spacious and functional. The window views were welcome and private.
Being from the U.S., I would like to have some better guides for operation of the shower controls, dishwasher and clothes washer. Photos are clothes drying lines and view of flat from rear yard.

Clean, tidy, good facilities, good instructions.
We like the town and the parking was easy
The only things were things that we knew about and can’t really be improved…
The steps up to the apartment and the time the shower took to run hot.
Everything else was fantastic and we were very happy.

the apartment is Beautiful but it is NOt in CENTRAL BROUGHTY FERRY.
This apartment is nowhere near Central Broughty Ferry it is way out on Dundee Rd right at top of Grove Rd (steep climb up) will cost from £6 to £8 in taxi into central BF I am 82. The Apartment itself is Beautiful but should not be advertised as Central, it certainly is not
