Apartment in Hamburg

De locatie was prima, ver van het centrum maar metro en winkels vlakbij. Rustige buurt. Modern ruim ingericht, aan alles gedacht. Heel erg prettig om met vier volwassenen, na een drukke dag in Hamburg om te verblijven.

Er werd een appartement naast naast ons appartement gebouwd, (op vier meter afstand) Bij ontbijt en diner bouwlawaai, veel bouwstof en veel gegluur naar onze dochter. Dus ramen en gordijnen dicht. Privacy pas later op de avond. Helaas zaten de terrasstoelen heel pijnlijk.

Appartamento molto bello, ampio ed accogliente. Dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ottima la.pulizia e la dotazione dei servizi. Luminoso ed ordinato. Dotato di parcheggio auto coperto. Molto vicino alle fermate della Metro e degli autobus. Abbiamo utilizzato spesso il bus 4 che porta direttamente al Municipio di Amburgo. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti molti supermercati e negozi.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was modern, cosy, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained, with high-quality furnishings and excellent attention to detail. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay—from a generous selection of tea and coffee, complimentary still and sparkling water in glass bottles, and well-stocked kitchen essentials to thoughtful bathroom amenities. Even dedicated slippers were provided for use on the outdoor deck and in the garden, reflecting the care given to every detail. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. The host was approachable and helpful throughout our stay. The location was another highlight, with easy access to the S-Bahn, making travel to the city centre quick and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hamburg. We would happily stay here again!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht. Es fehlte nichts. Sogar extra Schuhe für die Terrasse waren vorhanden. Auch Hand- und Badetücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Alles top!! Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrparteienhaus, jedoch sehr ruhig. Zur nächsten Busstation sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und an der nächsten Haltestation kann man in die S-Bahn nach Hamburg City umsteigen. Dann ist man in 20-30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wir (2 Personen) hatten eine Gruppenkarte für 16,00 € und man konnte mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln den ganzen Tag fahren. Super!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut (im Grünen im Wohngebiet). Allerdings wird aktuell direkt nebenan ein weiteres Mehrparteienhaus gebaut, so dass in der Woche ab 07.30 Uhr mit Baulärm gerechnet werden muss. Da derzeit erst der Rohbau fertig ist, wird noch einige Zeit mit Baulärm zu rechnen sein. Uns hat das nicht so gestört, da wir früh unterwegs waren und erst spät wieder nach Hause kamen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen.
