NO NOTICE ABOUT CANCELLATION UNTIL 1 OUR BEFORE CHECK IN. MY BOOKING WAS MADE 2 WEEKS PRIOR AND I HAD RECEIVED MULTIPLE CONFIRMATIONS. APPARENTLY THEY WERE DOULEBOOKED.

Great Location and cozy apartment!

The Apartment was very cozy and spacious. Our family truly enjoyed staying. The location was perfect for travelling via car or public transport, either way you can reach the city center easily. The host was very helpful and quick whenever we had any questions. Parking in the back of the house was also very convenient.

Vi hade lägenheten som mellanlandning på väg norrut, funkade utmärkt!

Bra med dedikerad parkering på gården. Stora ljusa, luftiga rum med personlig inredning. Nära till mataffär (både Rewe och Aldi). Varmt förutom kallras från stort fönster men där satte vi det portabla elementet som fanns så det var inga problem. Lätt att hämta och lämna nyckel.

Flera små missar, främst i köket. Det fanns bara en kastrull (liten), det var inte kollat att det var ordentligt diskat så ugnsplåt, tallrikar och glas var smutsiga. Annars så var köket välutrustat. Kran i vasken lös liksom list i ugnsluckan. När diskmaskinen gick så läckte det på golvet. Det hade varit enkelt att byta ut de väldigt välanvända och ofräscha diskborste och disktrasa mot nya. Kylskåpet kändes inte helt fräscht och saknade frysfack. Duschen, som funkade utan problem, hade behövt ett duschdraperi så att det inte blev blött på golvet.

Relativ zentral gelegen..

Sehr einfache Einrichtung, direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. Die dünnen Vorhänge halten kein Licht von den Autos fern, so dass das Zimmer ständig ausgeleuchtet wird. Extrem hellhörig wenn die Bewohner in der 1. Etage nach Hause kommen und in der Wohnung laufen. Hört sich an, als ob sie neben dem Bett stehen. Kein Smart TV ... und das in einer Großstadt.Sauberkeit ging so.Beim Duschen schwimmt das Badezimmer, es gibt keine Duschkabine , alles ist offen. Gardine vor dem Küchenfenster nicht vorhanden. Matratzen viel zu weich und durchgelesen, ist aber Geschmackssache. Für über 160 Euro die Nacht, absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Schlafen ist unmöglich bei den Geräuschen von oben.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unkterkunft weiterempfehlen

Es war alles vorhanden, dass wir für das Familienwochenende benötigt haben. Klar ist es eine Altbauwohnung, bei der man jeden Schritt hört, aber daran haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen. Über einen Zweitschlüssel hätten wir uns gefreut, aber es war durch die Schlüsselbox machbar. Es gab 2 Parkplätze, die wir nutzen konnten. In der Nähe gab es fußläufig einen Rewe und einen Aldi. da konnten wir alle Lebensmittel bsorgen, die wir benötigten. die Küche sogar mit spülmaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Wir konnten beides nutzen. Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine konnten wir auch nutzen. Das war super.

Oben im großen Schlafzimmer war die Matratze schon sehr durchgelegen. Vielleicht sollte dort eine neue Matratze ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu meckern.

Grande y cómodo. Aparcamiento privado. Viajamos 5 de una misma familia. Tiene todo lo necesario. Nos duchamos con agua caliente sin problemas.

Para mí no fue importante, pero por si se viaja en parejas, la mesa para comer está en la segunda habitacion.

Die Korrespondenz war sehr gut. Es wurde schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und ansprechend. Sehr sauber.

Teilweise könnte einrichtungsmäßig etwas nachgerüstet werden ( z. B. Plissees ans Küchenfenster).

Le logement est proche des transports en commun. Il y a une place de parking réservée pour le logement à l arrière de la maison. De nombreux restaurants sont à proximité dont un juste en face. Le logement est situé à l étage (attention aux marches). La literie est correcte.

Nette kleine Villa in angenehmer Umgebung, für Familien sehr geeignet!

Wir konnten beide Ferienwohnungen buchen und haben uns mit Kindern und Enkeln sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisebett und Hochstühle waren vorhanden und ein Abenteuerspielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe! Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, mit der Buslinie 5 oder mit Umstieg in U2 und U3 kommt man in weniger als 30 min. ins Zentrum von Hamburg. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Rewe, Aldi und Bäcker nur um die Ecke. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Die freundliche, helle Einrichtung. Bequeme Schlafmöglichkeiten (nicht nur Sofa, sondern richtige Betten). Die Lage und Umgebung: toller Bäcker, Rewe etc. alles in direkter Nähe. Saubere Küche und WC. Zwei Parkplätze vorhanden. Preis Leistung stimmt!

Check in war etwas holprig mit falschem Code. Bett im Schlafzimmer war etwas durchgelegen und mit etwas dünnen Decken für Winter. Warm-Wasserdruck gering und benötigte sehr lange, um warm zu werden.

Die Bettwäsche hat leider furchtbar nach Rauch gestunken. In jedem Zimmer. Als wäre sie im Aschenbecher gewaschen worden. Das war wirklich unschön, insbesondere für Nichtraucher.

Es hat den Zweck erfüllt eine schöne Zeit mit Freunden in Hamburg zu verbringen. Durch die Kälte war es aber nur begrenz

Es war wie beschrieben ausgestattet, es gab Utensilien um essen zuzubereiten und alles was man sonst brauchte war auch da.

Die schränke in der Küche waren nicht mehr heile und die Türen gingen schief. Der Kühlschrank ließ sich nur mit Nachdruck schließen weil das Eisfach defekt war. Das Bett im Esszimmer ist fast zusammengebrochen nach dem ausziehen. Es ist ein Gäste Apartment für sechs Personen aber nur fünf Stühle im Esszimmer vorhanden. Die Heizungen wurden nicht warm so war das Ganze Wochenende das Apartment kalt. Es gab leider keinen Ansprechpartner der erreichbar war um den Zustand zu ändern, bis heute habe ich keine Rückmeldung auf meine Anrufe bekommen.
