4 nights and hardly any sleep! Stay in old town.

Great kitchen, very well equipped. Beds comfortable. Tram line very close, old town is pretty and a few stops away on the tram. Good locks on the door. Great air conditioning, great shower.

Supposed to be a nice view, only partially true, overlooks airport, planes taking off and landing between 6.00 -12.30 at night. No wardrobes, no safe, broken window in spare room and no blinds. Personal belongings left in the apartment. No nice restaurants, no nice bars, only fast food places. No instructions on how anything works. NO WIFI. No Tv as it needed WiFi. People buzzing on apartment door every night at 12.30. 2 women on their own area didn’t feel particularly safe. Not very clean, needs decorating, water stains on walls etc I’m assuming from a leak at some point. Overall very expensive and extremely disappointing.

A great home from home with a stunning view

The apartment is close to the airport. The tram line stop Kircher/Cassin is right outside the building, so it is very convenient to get to the city centre. There are shops/supermarkets within easy reach. The apartment is on the seventh floor. There is a small lift - it can only take three people. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is also a washing machine. We enjoyed the living room and the balcony the most during our stay. The balcony is very private. The views are stunning! You can see the entire stretch of the Promenade des Anglais. A gorgous view day and night. The pictures and the descriptions on the website are accurate. When booking, I was worried about noise from the airport, but that wasn't a problem. On the ground floor of the apartment block, there is a pool/snooker hall which we visited once - it was great fun. In front of the building is a park with a large playpark.

Minor things: the doors of the bathroom, the toilet and one of the bedrooms didn't close fully. The host had sent a message that this was due to some water damage, so I assume it will be sorted out at some point.
