WORST STAY!! Misleading photos/listing/bad experience. Stay are not as described. BE WARNED!!

WORST STAY EVER! DO NOT BOOK! Tonnes of misleading info in description, photos, not as described. Photos are 100% different from reality i.e. bad views, road condition, rooms smaller than it is plus no blinds as everyone can see you including if you are enjoying the spa outside the road. This whole area is a newly built construction site, expect to noisy during the day & more! As I am writing the review, he has already disabled the 'add photo' function as I could not upload/post photos after I had msged him about our stay last week. (read later for more info). There was this option which I intended to post the review BEFORE I messaged the host, Holger last week but I thought I'd give him a chance to see if he could do something first before leaving the review/photos in the end. Well, no photos can be uploaded now. Very sneaky of him as he doesn't want people to see the photos I took, but that doesn't stop me for posting this review even you threatened me last week in the msg Long story short Check in was 4pm. Arrived outside cabin around 3ish and planned to wait outside till 4pm given it was raining. Saw the back door half open when we waited in the car. We thought cleaners doing the job (outside the window you can see parts are not cleaned). Something was wrong, waited for 20 min, no sound nor no one (since there was no blind inside the property so you can see through easily, which is bad, as everything is see through). We knocked on the door, no one was there and door was surprisingly unlocked, and confirmed no one. 4pm was approaching, we then msged host, that check in is nearly time, apartment not cleaned yet. Then about 20 min, 2 cleaners finally came and told me they are there. While waiting outside, cleaners swiftly left after completed and even they saw us, didn't bother to stop as we wanted to ask a few things.

...(continue)...View outside are like rubbish damaged road & living room's small, there were several spots didn't clean well (including hair!!!) + rubbish from previous guest. Bad job! In normal days, expect construction noise since there are lots of tractors outside. Host did not specify that views could be different but only show snow parts (which is the reason why we came). So where are the normal weather photos like rest of the year huh? Jacuzzi outside had ugly damaged road view + people can see you. The lid/hook was also hard to open as it was too tight and it hurt my finger. We didn't enjoy overall & simply left early in the morning. We didn't address this to host that night as we were tired and had many more days to holiday till we came back last week. I msged this to host about our experience. and showed him the misleading photos & requested 50% refund for fairness. Next reply? He threatened me that he'll report me on this and if left bad review and that. I'm not fazed by that so I did what I had to do given he is not willing to compromise. This is when I was about to write the review, the upload 'photo' option is gone as it has been disabled since he knew I msged him + he doesn't want people to see my 'reality' bad photos! Very sneaky and shame on him! Why hide? Don't forget, he only posted snow photos (only the good bits) and most of the year is either dry land, wet land and try to imagine what they look like outside for the view. The bad road view are fully covered/hidden. There's no blind in living room (no privacy), everyone can see you walking/driving pass plus in summer, will be super hot! If I knew all these before, we would have def. not chosen this apartment for sure so this was 100% misleading advertisement listing/photos. When things are good, its good, but when things are bad, he won't care/refund and will just grab the money, bye just like...

Overall, I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back again.

The accommodation was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the property was stunning, especially from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped, easy to use, and very convenient. The bathroom was clean with strong water pressure. The bedrooms were clean and not small, though not particularly large either.

There seemed to be a bit of dust in the room, and the towels were clean, though not very new.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Even Better Than Expected! The villa is very new and incredibly well-maintained. The view is absolutely stunning – I’m someone who gets really anxious about whether the view will match the photos, but this one exceeded all my expectations! You can see from the photos I attached – it’s truly beautiful. The sofa was super cozy, everything in the house felt warm and fresh, and the jacuzzi worked perfectly. There’s also a washer and dryer inside the house, which was super convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, and you can control the temperature in each room to your liking. There’s even a wine fridge! Everyone in our group kept saying they wished we could stay another night and skip the next stop on our trip. If you’re reading this and feeling unsure because there aren’t many reviews yet – I was in the same boat. But let me tell you, this place is so worth it. Highly recommended!
