Pleasant, will definitely come back

The apartment is very modern, clean with complete facility from kitchen to laundry, etc. The location is very good, restaurants just next door and supermarkets within walking distance. Parking is easy and the view is good especially if you book a 2 bedroom penthouse which booked by our friends, so we got the chance to enjoy that view as well

Got wrong code to the door, waited in the coldness for over 1h.

Location, cleaness, the price

The staff gave us the wrong code to the door, we couldn't get into the apartment, and it was after the office hour, nobody was on the phone neither at the reception to help you. Had to stand in the coldness for over an hour until I found the person who clean the apartment on another floor. He gave me the correct code.

Spectacular views in Svolvaer

It’s a very nice looking apartment, ultra modern, and quite comfortable, in a great location with a gorgeous view.

To access the garage, we were told to call a local number. Our American phones didn’t work with this system and we had to go into the building and down to the parking garage to manually open the garage door every time we went in or out. The weather was pretty nasty at times, so this was not ideal, to say the least. The unit has a lot of high tech features which don’t work very well, like the lights and the drawers, and we never figured out how the coffee maker worked. The dishwasher wouldn’t cooperate either.

EVERYTHING!!!!! Location is amazing! Host is amazing! And the apartment I could have lived in! Top notch! We have been travelling for a month and this was the best apartment yet! I even washed my hair the shower was hair worthy! Washing machine and dryer was awesome and modern! I LIVED EVERY MINUTE! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly reccomend! If I came back to Lofoten I would definitely stay here again!

Good potential but some aspects could use improvement

The location is fantastic - could not be better - and the apartment is well equipped and in good taste.

Our apartment was on the first floor right above the street. There was a lot of noise and no privacy with every passerby staring right into the apartment at us. The apartment lacks air conditioning and was scorching hot, the thermometer showed 28.5 celsius inside the apartment when we arrived and the only way to cool it was to open the balcony windows which let in noise and cooled it down only to 26 celsius. My son was unable to fall asleep due to the heat. The apartment is rather expensive yet the owners are cheap and you get nothing - not even a single bottle of water or a piece of fruit in a 2-night stay. We announced our arrival time but had to wait 15-20 minutes more to get the keys and this seems like a recurring pattern. The main bedroom had a decent bed but the second bedroom had a pair of tiny beds and they were very uncomfortable. I am still rating it 8/10 and not lower because of its advantages, but the owners can easily improve by installing air conditioning, giving guests a welcome package, adding a lockbox for keys for self check-in, putting in a larger bed, and so on.

Luxury Svolvær stay

The luxury apartment is extremely spacious with elegant furnishings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which adds to the overall convenience. It is very centrally located on the water within STEPS of tours, restaurants, bakery, tourists shops, and the central square. Parking in the enclosed underground garage can be added for a fee.

There was a full kitchen but not a microwave (at least we couldn’t figure out how to make the oven work like a microwave), but this is a very minor inconvenience.

Excellent stay. The place is just as pretty as the pictures. The locations great. The best part is the staff/landlord of the property. They are so responsive, a lovely girl was greeted us when we were there, and lead us to the unit. Explain everything to us. At night when we cooking, we can’t turn on the stove, they come down within 10 mins to show us what to do. The washing machine and drying, kitchen aware all top grade. Really enjoy staying here. Strongly recommend

If they can have some bench or shampoo body soup will be very helpful.

Perfect modern accommodation for enjoying with friends.

Modern apartment with all the usual facilities you’d have in your own home, plus a great view and location.

This is being picky, and should be read as constructive. A little information about the area, restaurants etc. and instructions for the hob and coffee machine - but we soon worked it out anyway. A bath would have been appreciated but only because we participated in the artic triple event and were aching afterwards!

We had booked the penthouse apartment , and we loved every bit of it. Kristin was sweet enough to wait for us to check us in and it’s a well located apartment .

CITY CENTER APARMENT COMPLEX close to restaurants and the Svolver pier.

Location is in the center of Svolver right next to the pier. There are many restaurants within walking distance and photo spots are right around the corners. The host was very attentive and met us to show us everything we need to check in/out. There was indoor parking for a small fee with phone-dial access code which was very convenient

Because it was in the center, everything was crowded, streets are small and was hard to get in/out. Parking undeground has columns which was hard to park into the right spot. We are a group of 5 with lots of luggages so it was hard to move all the luggages from the parking to elevator, to the isle and to the room. Apartment complex is more suitaible for single or couple guests with minimum luggages.

Convenient, cozy, and well stocked apartment with a stunning view and close enough to everything Lofoten had to offer.

This was the safest place that I have ever stayed at in my life! the property area, stairwells, elevator and garage were clean and well maintained. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and generously supplied with everything. The location is bustling, and you would never know because the windows are so thick and keep the place quiet.

Fabulous apartment

We loved this apartment, it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you need. The smart TV was great and huge. The balcony was lovely and just like the picture with a side view to water and restaurant next door. We were right in the middle of town. Walking distance to supermarkets and shops/restaurants. Fabulous location. 3 free parking places around the corner, were easy to have for 3 days so we were pleased they were free and available. We appreciated the lift for our luggage. And the washing machine and dryer were great. Plenty of wardrobe space. The managers daughter met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful.

In order to have access to paid parking underneath the building you had to phone each time you needed access. This is difficult if you don't have a norweigan sim card for your phone and rely on wifi to call. So we couldn't use this option, luckily the free option was available for us To meet for access to the apartment on arrival which was 9pm for us, we were asked to call on arrival which meant finding wifi in a local restaurant. Thankfully they arrived when we did from our estimated time of arrival from the airport. I wonder if there is an alternative to this process for foreigners without a phone sim for Norway. The lights were really hard to work out, some simple instructions might help here.
