This is a great studio apartment for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the location is excellent, being close to the city center and just a short walk from the subway station. I also enjoyed the nearby park and appreciated the convenience of having several stores and restaurants in the immediate area.
The apartment lacked air conditioning, which made it quite warm during the day. Although a fan was provided, I preferred keeping the windows open for ventilation; however, this allowed significant noise from the busy street outside to enter the room.

A bit far from downtown but still very accesible thru public transport. Does not have AC and when you open window got quite a bit of noise from busy street. Overall it was manageable in May.

I like the access to the metro and that the flat has all the basic amenities that every flat should have (like coffee, tea, oil, etc).
It was a bit noisy though. The street is very busy and traffic is crazy noisy. When you close the window, it is just fine.

The location was really good, a lot of amenities close by. It is cosy and has all the basics needed.
When we arrived the apartment was dirty (the floor was really , the sink). Also the host was not very communicative, I had to be the one asking how the check-in would work and all.
