Très bon emplacement, à 5min à pied du tram qui amène au centre-ville en 10min, plusieurs lignes amenent au centre-ville. Quartier sécurisant, Lidl à 5min à pied. Résidence sécurisante avec ascenseur. Le studio est bien équipé, bien chauffé, literie confortable, petite cuisine suffisante pour 2, très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Nous y sommes restés une semaine.
Rue un peu passante le matin en heures de pointes mais c'était acceptable niveau sonore.

room needs significant maintenance and cleaning My stay was unfortunately below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible mould on the bathroom and window frames, and the fridge was old and broken (especially the freezer). The room had an unpleasant smell to some extent Comfort was also an issue,the pillow was very old and uncomfortable, and a single small fan was insufficient for the hot weather. To make matters worse, communication was very slow, making it difficult to get these issues addressed during my stay Needs more improvement to become deserving the value or payment
