Downtown Apartments Kozatska

Apartamentul nu este mare, dar are tot ce trebuie. Foarte important pentru noi a fost că are balcon. Este la ultimul etaj, dar urcarea nu este solicitantă. Se ajunge ușor în centru sau la gară cu autobuzul sau cu tramvaiul, a căror stație e în apropiere. Patul este confortabil, chicineta bine dotată, la fel și baia. Totul este curat și aranjat.

Singurul neajuns este că balconul nu este acoperit, așa că, dacă plouă, iar când am fost noi a plouat aproape în fiecare zi, nu te poți adăposti decât înăuntru.

The location was unbeatable, the nearest tram stop is barely 3 minutes away, the apartment was very spacious, the sofa and bed were very comfortable, everything was clean, all in all it was absolutely worth it. There’s a second door at the entrance which is a bit tricky to open, you just need to be patient and keep trying, you get the hang of it soon enough. I have to give kudos to the WiFi, I had to connect to a Remote Desktop for work during a couple of nights and the internet didn’t disappoint.

Walls are a bit thin, acoustics travel which means I had a very close and personal audio experience to a couples’ rendition of the horizontal tango, but anyway, kudos to them, c’est la vie!

Superb location, just a minute away from the tram stop from which the 22 easily takes you downtown. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There's a Lidl within walking distance and a beautiful park nearby. The host was very kind and arranged for an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the amenities (toiletries, coffee, tea, chocolates) and the fan.

The bed linen could really use a washing. We also noticed some dust and grime in the apartment. It would be nice to have a trash can in the bathroom, along with a bath mat.
