This apartment is located in a former hotel, set within a typical Prague residential building. The studio is completely new and fully renovated, offering a fresh, modern, and comfortable space for your stay.
Thanks to its excellent location, the apartment is ideal for exploring Prague — the city center, public transport, cafés, and major attractions are all close by, making it easy to experience the best of the city on foot or by tram.
Guest access is provided via a lockbox located directly next to the apartment, allowing for easy and flexible self check-in. The building is equipped with an elevator.
Barrier-free access is possible, however please note that in this case guests would need to sleep on the sofa, as the bed is accessible only via a ladder.
Interaction with guests is preferred via Airbnb messaging.

In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 Kč per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Sb., on Local Fees.
Fine for smoking - 500 EUR.
Fine for parties and noise from 22:00 to 08:00 - 500 EUR
