San Raffaele's House

We used as a base to visit Milan, Lake Como and Genoa and Portofino. The location was very handy for the train station. The apartment was VERY clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. There was ample street parking around and a car park 2 minutes walk away that was free overnight and at weekends. The air conditioning was lovely and cool after a hot day out. The town itself was very quiet for a nice peaceful break. Approx 20 minutes by train to Duomo Milano.

I gave the property 9/10. One point lost as we found the apartment entry system a bit of a faff having to click on a web link each time, for each of the 3 doors you need to go through. And same on exit. A key box or a door code would be much easier…. Just our opinion, and I’m not technophobic! Also a couple more pillows would have been nice. And there seemed to be limited hot water for the shower. None of the above spoiled our stay and I would certainly stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

Emplacement top, au calme et très proche du métro. Lit confortable et logement bien agencé. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Les poignées avec code intégré sont autant pratiques, sécurisantes que contraignantes. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes de réseaux en Italie et panne de batterie de téléphone alors que nous avions absolument besoin d'un téléphone pour rentrer dans le logement.
