Our family stayed at the 'Dockside Delight' and it was a great time. The location is perfect, just off the water with a dock and 2 kayaks to explore the river. The 3 things we looked for in our vacation rental were: AC, WiFi and washer/dryer...and all 3 worked great. All 4 bedrooms were on the 2nd floor, with one of the bedrooms having an internal window open to the living room below (2nd queen bedroom). It was not an issue for us, but if an adult was staying in this room they wouldn't have full privacy. One of the bed in the twin bed room was lower than the other and not as comfortable...it may have been geared more towards a toddler vs. adult. Overall, great location and ample space in the house for all of us.

Excellent property. Great location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Has all the comforts of home. Sleeps at least 8 very comfortably.
