Everything you need for a perfect Cape Cod beach getaway! Large, renovated 5 Bdr house, less than 1/2 miles to the beach. Perfect for large groups or several families. Sleeps 13 people in beds. Besides the bedrooms, there are 2 couches in the family room and living room, making it suitable for up to 15 people.
Spacious bedrooms, family room, dining room, living room. Great back yard, perfect for summer BBQ. Close to all area amenities, supermarkets, attractions. Everything is within walking distance. Plenty of parking, basketball hoop, patio table, chairs, and chaise loungers, gas grill. Extra Shower in the garage. The house is close to mini-golfs, famous Pirate's Cove, Cape Cod Inflatable parks, Pirate Museum, shopping, dining and other fun attractions.

The house came as advertised. The whole family fit. It was clean and convenient to beaches, restaurants, mini-golf, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great the outside could use some work inside was ok could use downstairs air-conditioning wasn't as clean as it should of been for the money inside the garage could use some TLC good time was had by all I'm rating it a 3 out 5
