About this house rental
Enjoy exploring the Mid-Cape during the day and relaxing in the evenings in a clean and comfortable home away from home. Conveniently located close to many popular attractions. A 6/10 mile walk takes you to South Middle (ocean) beach with bathrooms and less than a mile away are 2 other beaches, 1 with a playground for the children and the other with a snack bar and pier for fishing!
Wake up to a cup of coffee in the bright kitchen and rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with Wi-Fi available! A washer and dryer are located in the basement so you don't have to do all your laundry when you get home!
Rely on central air for those hot, humid summer days.
The kitchen is fully stocked including coffee makers (keurig and drip), toaster, pots and pans, lobster pot, blender and several other items.

Bedroom 3 - Twin over full bunk and
separate twin bed (this room sleeps 4)
Local amenities and attractions include grocery store, pharmacy, candy store, package store, bait and tackle shop, mini golf, driving range, batting cages, go carts, arcade, ice cream, inflatable outdoor bounce park and much more!
Hyannis is a just a 5 mile drive away to catch the ferry to the islands and don't forget to visit Provincetown for a whale watch or catch a baseball game in Chatham (approx 30-45 minute drive).
There is a ring security device that covers the parking area.

This beautiful home was hard to leave at the end of the week! It’s even prettier in person. We couldn’t believe how well-stocked the house was—every thing we needed was there. We loved having dinner outside and coffee in the morning listening to the birds. The house is on a lovely block and is well-situated mid-Cape. The owners are very nice and attentive as well.
