We warmly welcome you and your family to enjoy a relaxing stay at our updated beach house in South Yarmouth, just a short walk to Parker’s River Beach. This special beach features a bathhouse, outdoor showers, lifeguards, a concession stand, and even a playground to keep little ones entertained.
After the beach, stop by Skipper’s famous deck for a cocktail, appetizer, or a scoop of ice cream—you’re on vacation, so treat yourself!
We’re also only one mile from Bass River Beach, which offers similar amenities plus boating and fishing access.

House was clean, spacious and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach.Guests should realize that all bedrooms are upstairs accessible by steep set of stairs. This was a problem in that my wife has a disability. A hose out back would have good to clean off the table and deck.

We rented this beautiful Cape for a week for our adult children and our grandson. We all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home is beautifully decorated and is well maintained. There is a bright sun room in back where my husband watched TV and I read. Sunny large granite kitchen. Newer Trex deck & new grill where we cooked and entertained with the family. Just a 5 minute walk to Palmer River beach. Or you can take your vehicle and park for free. We had great weather too! The homeowners are super sweet! :)) We will be returning next year!
