This 4 bedroom (plus bonus sleeping area), 2 full and 2 half bathroom home in South Yarmouth is the perfect escape for outdoor enthusiasts and beach lovers. The flexible floor plan of this spacious home is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The main floor features the living/kitchen/dining areas, as well as two bedrooms (each w/ a queen bed), a full bathroom and a screened porch with table seating for 10. The home has two upper level areas. The first is a bonus sleeping room with 2 singles beds and an en-suite half bathroom. The other features 2 more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and en-suite, the other w/ 2 singles and an en-suite half bath.
After a day at the beach, come back to your vacation rental, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the spacious screened porch with a cold drink in hand. We enjoyed the bedrooms on both sides of the house; the screened porch; and the short walk to the beach. We got ice cream and also picked up dinner at the nearby Skipper Restaurant. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Nice and clean.

We absolutely loved this house! We had 8 people (including a baby) and there was more than enough room for everybody. The huge screened in porch is everything! And there is a lovely outdoor space with an outdoor shower and a fire feature too The house we also very well stocked. The kitchen had absolutely everything f you could need, and there were plenty of paper goods and toiletries in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. The location was fabulous! Three minute walk to a lovely beach right across the street from Skipper Chowder house. Adam Marka from Berkshire Hathaway was a pleasure to work with too.

This was our second time renting this wonderful home. The location to the beach is perfect! The size of the house allowed for our daughter and son and their families to gather together with us for a fun Cape vacation. We have rented many homes on the Cape and this one is by far the best!

Love this location and the house is one of the best that we've stayed on at the cape.
Everything went smoothly with booking, communication, and checking in. House has tons of space and options. If/when we come back to the cape it's highly likely we will look to stay here again!
