The house was immaculate and well apointed with ample room-both inside and out. Plenty of indoor and outdoor games for the kids (10 &12 yr olds) and a fenced yard for the dog. All within walking distance to the beach. It was perfect!

Listing was exactly as posted. Fantastic location and everything we need for our stay was at the property, right down to beach chairs, coolers and beach mats. Great experience. Brenda answered all questions in a timely fashion

The stay at Brenda's home was amazing from start to finish. We had three adults, an 18-month-old, and a medium-sized dog. The house was stocked with absolutely EVERYTHING one would need for a fantastic stay. Both Brenda and her husband stopped by shortly after we arrived and were both so kind, accommodating, and friendly. The house was in immaculate condition, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. We have been coming to the Cape for years, and this by far was our favorite stay. I would absolutely recommend this home if you're looking for 10/10 on location, amenities, and comfort. We will most definitely be back next Summer! Thank you, Brenda!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! The house is beautiful and was very clean and well stocked. We had one adventurous morning when one of the smoke alarm batteries decided to die but Brenda was very responsive and immediately helpful. Those sorts of things can happen anytime to anyone but we really appreciated the quick response and the massive supply of batteries! :P The house is wonderfully walkable-close to the beach and conveniently located to a lot of other summer fun. We will absolutely be looking to stay here for our next Cape vacation.
