About this villa rental
This independent house with private swimming pool and panoramic view is located on a private property of approximately 3,500 mq, at the top of a splendid hill. The house offers comfortable furnishings and hospitality for 6 people. A large living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms with air conditioning. The real gem is the splendid private swimming pool surrounded by the large equipped solarium.

Overall a lovely property. The pool is fantastic and great to come back to in the hot afternoons. There is a lovely outside area too where we spent most of our time. We moved the table to catch the evening breeze down the side of the house.
Communication was easy and the owner came to meet us to drive to the property which was a bit out of the way.
The only problem we had was the electrics tripping. I think there may have been a problem with the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. The owner did call an electrian out and that helped. And the air conditioning unit seemed to work better after that too.

We had a great stay here, and communication with Andrea was first class. He was very welcoming, and provided lots of helpful information to help with our stay.
The photos of the villa don't really do it justice. The inside of the property is much nicer than the photos portray. It is very clean, very well decorated and works very well.
The pool is wonderful as are the extensive views of the hills and countryside down to the sea.
It's a 30 minute drive to reach great beaches which wasn't a problem for us, but we did find that the local towns / restaurants were not particularly exciting.
Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Andrea was very nice and helpful, the pool was lovely as was the scenery I would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore south east Sicily! Would definitely stay again.
