About this villa rental
This is a detached property in a quiet, elevated setting which offers wonderful views of Syracuse and the coast. The villa offers a large swimming pool and garden along with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge/diner with kitchen. The villa is located near the town of Solarino, approximately 15km from the main city of Syracuse and the beach at Fontane Bianche. The airport at Catania is approximately an hour’s drive away. The villa is accessed via private gates which lead into a parking area located to the side of the property. Access to the villa is gained via the main door that leads directly into a lounge/diner. The room is furnished with a sofa, various chairs and a television corner. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and ample chairs. An open archway leads into the kitchen. Adjacent to the lounge a further door leads to a downstairs bathroom that has been fitted with a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. A staircase provides access to the first floor terrace and bedrooms. The landing on the first floor provides access to an outside terrace area as well as the bedrooms and bathroom. The outside terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool, and has views of Syracuse and the coast 15km away. The four bedrooms offer two double rooms, one twin bedroom and one triple bedroom and all have fans. The upstairs bathroom has been fitted with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink.

We loved the stunning views from the property, the pool, sitting on the wide balcony and eating our meals at the tables on the terrace. Spacious house with lots of space and a garden filled with different fruit trees. Facilities were adequate with all the usual appliances in working order. One of the fridges and the cooker could do with updating. Andrea looked after us really well and responded quickly to any questions or requests. You need a car! But then you are within driving distyof so many different places and activities. We visited Syracuse several times, Noto, Cartagerona, Taormina, etc. we also we also did boat trips, a gorge, walk, and visited Favola, a specialvisit to learn about olive oil with tasting and explanation from the owner. Of course we ate out and enjoyed all of the local cuisine. Good supermarkets in Floridia. All in all a great holiday.

We where two families who stayed in the house and it worked perfectly.The house is placed with an amazing view over the mountains, cities and in the far, the ocean.The host was very helpful and we could not ask for more.Overall af great place to spend a vacation.

We had a fantastic week at this property. Two families with baby and small children. We all loved the swimming pool. Property was spacious, enjoyed many a bbq. Andrea was super helpful with ideas of places to go out to eat etc. We will definitely come back!

Host was very friendly and accommodating. Villa was very basic. No mid stay clean on a two week booking. Beautiful views and a lovely pool. Quite noisy due to farming equipment and joy riding mopeds etc.
