Villa with private pool surrounded by greenery

We stayed at the villa for two weeks for a family holiday (2 adults and three children). The villa was great! Amazing and well-kept garden with a huge swimming pool! The villa is situated outside Floridia (approx 5-10 min drive) where there are shops and supermarkets. It was close by car to several great places to visit, Syracuse, Noto, Avola, Ragusa, Marzamemi, and our favorite beach in South Sicily Spiaggia Carratois. All these within 20-60 min drive. Since it is close to access the E45 we also managed a day trip to Etna and Taormina. The house was clean and good size, nicer in real life than in pictures. A great shaded patio with seating and a ping-pong table! AC in all indoor rooms which was nice during nights. Two bedrooms with double bed and one with a bunk bed. The owners were easy to reach before and during our stay! There was water and some treats on our arrival and we were treated some pastries for our last breakfast. Good Wi-Fi! A lovely stay and would recommend the villa to others!

Villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. The garden is completely enclosed and private, the pool is a great size with proper shallow and deep ends and Francesco keeps it very clean. The villa has a huge covered veranda which provides welcome shade and also a table tennis table. The air conditioning in the bedroom area was welcome at night. Although his English is rusty Francesco was very helpful taking my husband on a guided tour of Floridia to show him where the supermarkets, bars and restaurant were. He also provided home grown oranges, lemons and limes during our stay and managed to give advice on where to visit. If you like a villa with a great pool and outdoor space in a peaceful rural location then this is the one for you.

Basteranno pochissime parole per esprimere la totale soddisfazione della villa, dei proprietari che si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Voto 5 stelle. Ci rivediamo il prossimo anno.

L'ensemble correspond parfaitement a la description donnée, splendide piscine chauffée naturellement par un soleil abondant, grande terrasse ombragée ( de grandes tentures vous permettent de moduler l'ensoleillement ) et de nombreux équipements de jardin vous permettent de passer un très agréable séjour. Vous pourrez profiter des fruits du jardin, oranges, citrons, olives, grenade, suivant la saison. Francesco, le propriétaire, sera au petit soins pour vous, tous les linges seront changés chaque semaine. La piscine est équipée d'un robot très facile à manipuler, pour son entretien, la douche extérieure est très pratique avec des enfants. La maison est située à 5 min à peine de Floridia disposant de tous les commerces nécessaires, et 15 min de Syracuse. Je recommande la Boulangerie que vous indiquera Francesco. Les voies de communication permettent d'accéder facilement aux nombreux sites à visiter aux alentours ainsi qu' à de très belles plages. L'endroit est très calme en journée, peu de circulation automobile.
