About this apartment rental
Quality 2024 condo! MAGNIFICENT view from the condo/rooftop. You will find a Gym, 24-hour security, an elevator, rooftop pool and parking. Located in a quiet and safe area, close to 5th Avenue, the best restaurants, convenience store, grocery stores and especially the sea!
The condo is located on the 3rd floor with a magnificent view of nature! It has an equipped kitchen, TV 2000+ channels and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay. Beach chairs included
The accommodation
First of all, by renting our condo, you make sure to be welcomed on site by our hostess Nathalie. In addition to supporting you in the preparation of your trip and welcoming you upon your arrival, Nathalie will make sure to accompany and support you throughout your stay in case of problems or questions. All in French, English, Spanish!
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building with elevator. It is very bright where you can enjoy the sun's rays through the large windows.
Due to its height, you can enjoy a magnificent view of nature and see the ocean. Moreover, a furnished balcony allows us to enjoy the sunrises and enjoy the shaded afternoons.
The accommodation comes fully equipped (kitchen accessories, beach chairs, cooler...) to ensure a comfortable and functional stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower.PGJyPgPGJyPg
A superb swimming pool is at your disposal on the roof to refresh your days.
The location of the building is incredible since located in a quiet area but less than 5 minutes from Coco Beach and less than 10 minutes from all services and activities (beach, grocery stores, restaurants...). In fact, you will find several of the best restaurants nearby.
